The great forests of the Pacific Northwest continue to take a beating at the hands of corporate timber interests. Cut and run policies leave devastated landscapes, fisheries, and economies in their wake. In recent years labor, environmental, and Native American interest groups have joined forces to resist these rapacious practices.
